License Code Failure

Purchased Turbo Tax from Costco, loaded via CD and when it came time to enter the license code it failed.

Tried several time to no avail.

Is they a common problem for the year 2023 tax software?

I'm a longtime Turbo Tax user but find this to be very frustrating, likely my last time using this software.
