Form IT-558, Adjustments due to Decoupling from the IRC for New York state shows as being available -

Have you updated your TurboTax software?  Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates.

Click on Forms.  When in Forms mode click on Open Form in the upper left of the screen.  Type in IT-558

Yes you should enter the adjustments required.  T.he NY Form IT-558 is required to report any New York State addition and subtraction adjustments required to re-compute federal amounts

Thanks. Unfortunately, the form IT-558 and it's worksheet are not editable in Home & Biz downloadable edition even with the latest patches. Namely, one cannot insert in IT-558 the code A-003 required for cash charitable donation and the corresponding amount from federal return line 12b. Because of that the Recomputed federal adjusted gross income (line 19a) on NY state IT-201 is wrong. It renders NY state return generated by Turbo Tax unusable.
