anyone else having issues with turbo tax generating forms that's not needed?

in my case, it keeps telling me to fill out the child credit form even though I don't need to and have never filled one out in years past

The program needs to ask on account of the Advance Child Tax Payments that were issued.

The IRS needs to know this information even if it is not applicable to your situation because some people received payments which they may not now be eligible for.
