That sounds like a web browser issue since the online editions are all working correctly and have been for several months.

If that does not resolve the problem then change your web browser to one of these you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
I have done all that. ONCE AGAIN, it does not work in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or even in the APP on the phone. I have wasted time clearing cache and cookies only to have to log into everything again. It is a TURBOTAX issue. I have now given up on it and will be using a different software. This has been a hellish experience. I would love to know why technical support does not exist, but at this point I don't care anymore.
