Ok, and I checked the dates which says 01/29/2020 but i still don't see it.

The Tuition and Fee Deduction Form 8917 is currently available in the 2019 online software. The current updated 2019 TurboTax Desktop Software includes the Tuition and Fee Deduction Form 8917.

The 2018 Desktop software will be updated later this tax year with the 2018 Tuition and Fee Deduction Form 8917.
