Yes, you can go back and review your return after you efile.

Sign into TurboTax.  Click the button that says Add a State

It will not add a state, but it will get you back into your return.

If there is a problem with how you dependent was entered, there are several things you can do.

If you both agree, you can wait until about mid to late March and file an amendment to change the dependent information.  When the amendment has been processed, then your ex can file their return.

The other way to handle the situation is for your ex to send a paper return with the dependent claimed and a letter saying that the other parent claimed the child and should not have. That method will take much longer to resolve, because the IRS is so far behind on processing paper returns this year.

You are awesome, thank you so much it worked! She should be fine with waiting to file, I don't know why it changed this selection from what I had input last year, but I never was re-asked the question and it was input incorrectly so I will need to amend it. Thanks again for your help!
