Is my fee going to be paid from my refund? Why doesn't the math doesn't look right to me?

My total from my filing says 2550. When and where do the fees deduct from my refund?

Did you CHOOSE to have your fees deducted from your refund?   You do not have to do that.   When you choose to have your fees deducted from your federal refund you pay an extra $40 refund processing fee ($45 in CA) to have third party bank take the fees out of the refund and send you the rest.   So you have to add that extra fee to your software fees.

they don't show that against your refund because it will remind you how big it is.

when you refund finally arrives , it will be reduced by the fees.
