Sometimes it is available for you to view or download and print yourself on their site, but not yet available for import to tax software. Most financial institutions do not have data ready for import to tax software until late January or early February. You can key it in if you cannot import it yet.
It's probably too early and not ready yet. Which bank? I know Bank of America says January 15.
The bank is American Express, I received an email yesterday stating my 1099 is available (and it is indeed available).

I don't see that one in the list. Maybe it means you can download the pdf copy of it before you get it in the mail.
Partner list you can import from
https://www.intuit.com/partners/fdp/implementation-support/tax-import/program-overview/partner-list/
It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it. When you enter a 1099 the first screen is How to Enter, by Import or Enter it Myself. Scroll down and click the last circle to enter it myself.
I looked up American Express in my program. Looks like it should be ready tomorrow Jan 15
