The Form 1310 in TurboTax Deluxe download does not match the Form 1310 on the IRS website. This is a recent change and TTax complains about the form now.

Is there an error message?
Form 1310 was last updated in October of 2020 so the form in TurboTax should be the current iteration.
Gives red exclamation point in Forms mode.
The version of the form in my TTax does NOT match the one on IRS website. The form in TTax now has questions B1 and C1 that the version on the IRS website does not have.
Could this be an issue with the version of TTax that I have now?? I have Version [phone number removed].
I will check for updates.

Those two boxes are in the TurboTax form so the program automatically prints the required text at the bottom of the form.
I just checked for updates. The latest update I have is from 06/04/2021.
At some point in the not too distant past, it looks like Form 1310 that I have "regressed" to an older form that has check boxes in Part I for B1 and C1.
If I print the from from within TTax Deluxe, the printed version does not match what I see on the screen in TTax Deluxe. That's certainly weird.
The form that will print is the current form Rev. October 2020.

There is no older version of the form that contains those two boxes; they are just there in the program for the purposes of functionality.
As you have seen, I believe, the most current version of the form actually prints out but does not match the "screen version" which is the case with many of the forms in the program since they contain various types of worksheets.
I have resolved the issue now.
Now I have to decide on direct deposit vs. getting a check in the mail.
Direct deposit is typically preferable but, of course, it depends upon the exact circumstances.
I'm going to mail the return on Friday and ask for Direct Deposit to estate account. If DD is not allowed, I assume IRS will send a check instead. Fingers crossed.

That sounds like a good plan. Hopefully, they will start catching up with paper filed returns.
