Irs agent said dont worry about code 570

Initially called on 09/01/2022 to get address corrected and checked my transcripts today and saw code 570 with a reduced refund amount.

I called the IRS and asked about the 570 and they told me not to worry about it. I asked about the reduced refund amount and the agent had me on hold for 20 mins and finally said she wasnt sure why it was reduced and that shes passing it on to her manager and should expect either a notice explaining what it was reduced or my full refund amount within 30 days.

Kinda odd. Anyone have any insight?

Unfortunately the link you posted dosent answer my question. Why am I being refunded a reduced amount?
