Installment sales

The installment sales I have entered are not flowing (being included in) my capital gains/loss schedule and therefore are not included in my AGI. I am reporting a capital loss this year - is this what is causing this?

you can not report on an installment basis a capital loss.

I think you are misunderstanding, the form 6262 is not flowing to the schedule D like it does every other year.
