In TurboTax, for filers who have to report household employment taxes, is it possible to apply the required adjustment to FUTA taxes for a "credit reduction state"?

I submitted my returns around 4:00 p.m. EDT - immediately after I saw the email.  The email from TT reporting resolution of the "issue" hit my inbox around three hours earlier.

thanks.   so possibly i submitted a bit too early yesterday.  hoping TT can weigh in to avoid a 3rd rejection!    and please do not tell me to patch or reinstall my s/w  (issue is on the server side)
