Importing financial data from Chase Investments

I tried to import tax data from Chase Investments, but was told that to receive the validation code Turbo Tax

would need to update their program to the correct Chase Investment website. "You're visiting an older version of our website. Please use chase.com instead, or contact us if you have any questions". Can Turbo Tax correct this so I can receive the validation code from Chase Investment?

Unfortunately, sometimes the imports don't work, in which case you have to manually enter the information.
