Trying to import Charles Schwab 1099 and this is the message I get from TurboTax: "This import was unsuccessful. We recommend you check your internet connection and try again. If we still can't get your info, don't worry. We'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes." This importing is the primary reason I buy TurboTax, and I will buy other software and TurboTax will lose a 25+ year customer, before I enter manually. How do I get HELP so TurboTax will fix their issue and enable me to import all my 1099s? Is Turbo Tax working on problem?

same problem, Even i try all different kind of browser, change permission, i got the pop up to allow the data transfer and i click on allow. then it said done. but i still getting "this import was unsuccessful, we recommend you check your internet connection" in turbotax
I got an email from Charles Schwab saying they would send me a corrected 1099 B by 2/27. Once available I will be able to import updated tax info into my tax preparation software.
