Import bank information = Unsuccussful

I am trying to import my banking information from Huntington National Bank.  I have the Tracking ID and SSN for the account.  However, the only message I get from Turbo Tax 2019 is: "Unsuccessful".  Not sure if it is a bank issue, network connectivity issue, or Turbo Tax 2019 issue.  I have updated Turbo Tax 2019 just before trying that action, so I think I can eliminate the network connectivity issue.

Don't enter the bank name and don't try to import it.  

It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it.  When you enter a 1099 the first screen is How to Enter, by Import or Enter it Myself. Scroll down and click the last circle to enter it myself.
