Im trying to file for injured spouse but it won't let me continue without filling out the innocent spouse. I do not want to file innocent.

It wont let me get passed the "needs reviewing" part to file without filling the innocent spouse form out.

Turbotax brings you through the Innocent and Injured spouse selection in the same section. If you do not want the Form 8857 Request for Innocent Spouse Relief, do not answer the first questions that pertain to that form. 

I would recommend going back through the section and blanking out any information that is in the Innocent Spouse section. 

If that does not solve the problem, I would delete Form 8857:

To Delete Form 8857 from TurboTax Online

• In the left-hand black menu, choose Tax Tools then Tools.
•  Click on Delete a Form from the window that pops up.
•  You should now see the Review Form List. Scroll down the list and click Delete on Form 8857.
• You may get a pop up telling you additional worksheets and forms are being deleted. Approve and click delete.
• You should come back to the Review Form List. Scroll to the bottom and click Continue with My Return.
