Im trying to connect my capital one credit card to import transactions. It tells me they were not able to import the transactions.

After that it doesn't even show that the account is connected. I've done this three times, logged out/in, etc...why else should I do?

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and return to the Business section.

 

Create a new Business, enter the set-up info, and enter the Business Income.  This can be the same info as your original business.  Then you'll get a screen with a video about entering Expenses, and on the next screen you'll be able to connect your account.  The 'connect accounts' is a one-time option that goes away, so you need a new business to see it again. 

 

Once you have imported your transactions, you can delete the original Business.
