If you bought the download from TurboTax.com you can download it again on another computer the same way that you downloaded it the first time. Make sure you sign in with the exact same user ID that you used when you made the purchase.

Thank you for your reply. I have a similar issue with the only difference being that I am using Turbo Tax Business. The advice you gave below does not work if the state was purchased through the app. I get error 109 when I try to open the old return and it forces me through the screens to buy the state again. How can I address this? Thank you.
