If turbo tax is taking $90 out of my return, why when I'm also doing my new Mexico file you guys are trying to charge me another $40.

There is an additional charge for state taxes with all products, except Free Edition. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

I almost chose to have TurboTax to get paid from my income tax return however there is a $40 fee if a person opts to do this. So I used my debit card instead because I didn’t want to pay $40 on top of the $80 I already had to pay.
