If my financial institution is not listed, and I searched for it, what can I do?

If I can't find the financial institution, how can I complete my information?

Enter it manually.  Don't enter the bank name and don't try to import it.  It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it.  At the bottom pick Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself

Yes, enter the information manually (provided you have it). Tip: Select any institution from drop-down list, enter anything for requested username, let it fail; auto-import will revert to manual entry screen.

But, make sure you have all latest information from your financial account; may want to call their tax center number or log in to their web site to make sure.

When entering manually, do so VERY SLOWLY; also, have a trusted other person come along and check your entries -- it's very easy to transpose numbers and not see them!
