If my daughter does not qualify as dependent, why she still in my tax return. Is there is tax advantage from that or will Turbo tax delete her name when I submit.

You must delete your daughter from your income tax return. 

If you need to revisit the Dependents section in TurboTax Online, here's what you do:

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax, if you aren't already in it.
2. Select My Info in the left navigation.
3. Select the Add a dependent button if you need to add someone. Select the trash can icon next to the name of a dependent to remove them (we'll ask you to confirm removing them before we take them off your return).

Thanks AlanT222.  I just wanted to be clear.  The Turbo Tax  questionnaire  added her and then it disqualified her from being my dependent  because she made more than $4200 last year.   I wonder why the Software doesn't give alert or note to remove her.

TurboTax goes through all of the questions to make sure they person is or is not eligible.  It would be helpful if once they are declared not eligible they were automatically removed.  However, it is up to you to remove them.
