If I used TurboTax to prepare my tax return; but, the IRS is reviewing my return for fraud, what should I do?

TurboTax software ensured I had no errors or suspicious entries on my return before I filed it electronically.

how do you know your tax return is being reviewed for fraud? 

what date was your tax return accepted by the IRS? (i.e. the date you e-filed?)

I contacted the IRS today and the rep explained to me that my return was flagged for fraud.  Consequently, the IRS will send me a letter in about 180 days from date they received my return which was 6/6/2025.

@mark-shuler there is simply nothing for you to do other than wait for their correspondance.
