If I’m married and filing head of household. Because my spouse didn’t work( had a baby) and how do I answer the question with how’s house our child loved with?

It asked if our child lived with me or my wife or lived equally at both homes what do I say? Because technically we all live together in the same home

When you are married & living together you cannot file as Head of Household.  You would file as Married Filing Joint even if only one spouse has income.
