if i log onto healthcare.gov and my 1095a form is not there. i tried calling, cant get thru 2 talk 2 no one. how can i get my 1095a form to finish filing my taxes?

The only way to get your 1095-A is directly from Market Place Health Insurance. If you logged in into your healthcare account and didn't see Form 1095-A listed under your account is probably due to one of the following reasons:

• If you are a dependent of another person, or are married you are probably included in that person's policy (Ex: Your parents, or spouse). In this case, ‌Form 1095-A was most likely issued under your parent's or spouse's name and they should have provided a copy of the form to you.
• The Market Place Health Insurance didn't upload the document into your account.
