I believe I haven't received them is because right before the pandemic I was living abroad. I immediately started working again here in the US but I still didn't receive it. I have only worked two teaching jobs and collected unemployment in the time between those jobs. Any advice is appreciated!

file a 2020 tax return to get the stimulus payments for which  you are qualified.

That is the only way.

Yu must have an SS number and not be a dependent on another taxpayer's tax return.
