The policy amount percentages are whatever you and your legally separated spouse agree to. For example: you could claim 100% if your spouse agrees.
Per IRS 2022 Instructions for Form 8962, page 15: You will allocate between you and your former spouse the total enrollment premiums, the applicable SLCSP premium, and APTC for coverage under the plan during the months you were married. You will find these amounts on your Form(s) 1095-A, Part III, columns A, B, and C, respectively. You and your former spouse may agree to allocate any percentage (from 0% to 100%) of these amounts to one of you (with the remainder allocated to the other), but you must allocate all three amounts using the same percentage. If you do not agree on a percentage, you and your former spouse must allocate 50% of each of these amounts to you and 50% of each to your former spouse.

I am having the same issue and both Federal and State reject the return when I e file. If I mail will it be accepted?
Yes, anytime you mail your return, it will be accepted. If the IRS finds an issue when processing it, they will send you a letter for either more information or to tell you they have corrected it. Basically, when you mail, it skips the automated computer standards acceptance step which is why people who are rejected end up having to mail the return.
Thanks for responding in a timely manner. I do not see the same on the left of my screen (I have online TT Premier). I am trying to navigate and use your advice via forms mode. Should this work? I cannot get to a place that says "Let us know if these situations apply to you". Note: not an abuse situation, just legally separated with future intentions of divorce, unfortunately. I just want to enter correctly so it will not be rejected and get this behind me. Thanks for your assistance.
Are you trying to file by mail or allocate a 1095-A? Forms Mode is not available in TurboTax Online - it's only in the desktop program. You can search for 1095-A and click on Start or Edit next to the form to get to the allocation screens. If you are just try to file by mail, click on File from the left side menu and proceed through the screens. @Ladyalltheway
