If i am legally seperated and we have a 1095-a, and i have 2 children dependents, how do i calculate my percentage?

the 1095-a has 4 persons, myself, me and my 2 children and a spouse that i am legally seperated from.  we are not filing a joint return and i need help figuring out the policy amounts percentages.
