I want to know why are my taxes keep getting rejected but when I did my last year tax it goes through I'm kind of confused.

Are you filing returns for 2021?  I think you would be getting a rejection reason which should help explain why your returns are rejected.  If you are in your return click on the error button top left on screen.  That should tell you what errors are being encountered.  Good Luck!
