I've used Turbotax to complete almost the entire tax return. How do I get help from an expert to finish the rest?

Turbotax (windows) made it pretty easy for me to do my son's federal, NY, and NJ returns. Except for one area: the K-1 partnerships. I found TT to be of little help. He has three K-1's.

If I make available the K-1's, is there an expert who can enter them properly into the returns? And how do I start this process?

These K-1 forms are pretty complex. Will they connect me with someone who has the appropriate experience and knowledge regard the K-1?

TurboTax Live experts have access to all of the tools necessary to assist you with your complex K-1 questions.  For the most part, you won't be assigned one that has specific expertise but should the need arise they will have access to support for matters that cpver anything that TurboTax can handle.

This is what concerns me. The reason I need a live expert is that Turbo Tax is not handling it for me.

1) Would I be able to send a copy of these K-1 forms to the expert?  

2) If the expert says that he cannot handle it, is my $60 refunded?

You can use TurboTax Live as many times as you need to.  You can chat with a tax expert or have a tax  expert call you. The TurboTax Live expert can assist you with entering your K-1s.
