Thank you for the suggestions. I cleared the cache and cookies and received the same result, i.e., JPMorgan Chase indicated "success" while Turbotax blew up and sent an error message. I also went to the Chase site and it correctly states that the accounts, which I selected to send info to TurboTax, are noted appropriately.
Since JPMorgan Chase only allowed 1099's to be imported on 02/18/2024, I suspect that there is an issue between the interface of the two. Hopefully, they will work it out over the next day or two.
Thanks again.
I have the exact same problem. I tried the steps listed and still receive the same error. Praying for a solution. If I have to enter all my data manually, I will buy H&R Block software just to see if it works. FYI I've used TurboTax and your predecessor for probably 20 years or more if you can't fix this issue soon, I'm done!
I may have figured it out through a process of elimination. In previous attempts, I tried to download 1099's for multiple accounts - brokerage, checking, home equity LOC. Tonight, I tried all three again with no success. Next, I removed the checking account - still no luck. I then removed the HELOC - still unsuccessful. When I only downloaded the brokerage account, SUCCESS!
The other statements are easy enough to add manually; the brokerage account is the one that I really wanted and is most time-consuming if one has to enter everything manually.
Hope that others have similar success!
I called Chase. Was told JPMorgan Securities no longer works with TurboTax. They have dropped their aggrements
