Go back to the File section of your return and re-enter your Driver's License/state ID information.
Alternatively, go to the website for Illinois taxpayers and under Inquiries> IL-PIN Inquiry, double-check that your PIN matches their database.
You may need to paper-file Illinois your return this year.
