I received a 1095C only but the software keeps having me review the part for a premium tax credit and wont continue or let me move forward to file. What can I do.

If you do not have a Marketplace health policy, you are not concerned by the premium tax credit.

You should delete form 1095-A and form 8962 in your tax return.

Please follow these steps to delete forms 1095-A and 8962:

1. In the left hand column , click on Tax Tools then then on Tools
2. On the Tools Center page, click on Delete a form
3. On the Forms list, find form 1095-A and click Delete next to it
4. On the next page, click on Delete selected form.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for form 8962 and any worksheets associated with the forms.
