I purchased TurboTax 2019 from Amazon as a downloadable. I can't download it because my computer cannot update to OS X 10.13. A pop up directs me to use TurboTax Online.

I can't get a refund for what I purchased and I can't figure out how to do it Online, because TurboTax wants to charge me again. What can I do about this? My taxes are due 10/15.

If Amazon won't refund your product purchase, you can request a refund from TurboTax Support using this online request form, but it can take several days to a few weeks.

In the interest of time,  you can phone TurboTax Support and see if they will let you have a complimentary service code to pay for your Online TurboTax, or see what they suggest otherwise.

You can use this contact form.   Where the form asks what product you are using, choose CD/download in the dropdown list.   Then for issue say something like won't install on my Mac OS version; need to use Online version instead.

 I believe they are staying open a few hours later tonight due to tomorrow's filing deadline.     If so, when they have extended hours, it's usually until 9 PM Pacific (12 Midnight Eastern).
