I need to report a like-kind exchange for 2020. Turbo Tax (premier) tells me that form 8824 has not been released yet. But, the IRS web-site shows the current form. HELP?

It is scheduled to be finalized for TurboTax on 3/4/2021.

Form 8824, Like-Kind Exchanges for tax year 2021 is estimated to be available in TurboTax on 03/31/2022
