I need to file 2017 taxes, I bought turbotax deluxe 2017 but I cannot find it, can anyone tell where is it the program after being purchased?

Did you recently purchase a 2017 program download directly from TurboTax?

If so, you can retrieve it at this link to the downloads section of your account:

https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/app/downloads/

If it's not there, then we can tell you how to check for multiple accounts.

on the other hand if you bought if from a brick and mortar retailer, you are out of luck.  there are legitimate online websites that also offer the software.  if you don't have enough info,you'll have to pay again.  

an additional FYI, if you have a pc and recently downloaded it, look in your user's download folder

c:\users\your user name\downloads

post back if you have an apple or mac.
