1. Do you need to speak to a representative at TurboTax Support?   See contact info below.
2. Or do you need a paid upgrade to live Expert Assist to have a tax expert help prepare your return?
3. Or do you need help in this forum which uses a mix of volunteers and TurboTax employee experts, who are usually in the forum after approximately 7 AM Eastern?
