Then find someplace else since Turbotax is not a choice for you.
TurboTax does not offer "refund anticipation loans" in the classic sense.
TurboTax could have a test program attached to the 2019 return for a "Refund Advance" which may be offered to certain users who efile their returns and choose to have their refunds deposited to a Turbo Prepaid VISA Card. The Refund Advance is a 0% loan in increments of $250 up to $1,000. That advance is not available until one has efiled the return and the IRS has accepted it ( Efile will not start until late January at the earliest) ... NEITHER OF WHICH YOU CAN DO WITH A PAY STUB.
You can read more at this link, but there is no way to self-select into the Refund Advance offer. Some users will see the option show up on the screen where they choose how they want to receive their refund.
Additional terms and restrictions apply. See this FAQ for more info:

So sorry, but you cannot get a cash advance at this time from TurboTax.
REFUND ADVANCE
Last year for 2018 returns, certain qualified users were offered refund advance amounts on prepaid Visas at the time of e-filing, predicated on the amount of the refund and their returns being accepted by the IRS. But it had to be offered--there was no way to opt in by request. If they offer a similar program for 2019 returns, do not expect to see it until January. Since a return cannot be e-filed and accepted until the end of January, you could not receive a loan until early February at best.
