Yes, you can file your taxes for 2020 using TurboTax.

This TurboTax link How do I prepare a 2020, 2019, or 2018 tax return? has directions and information on how to prepare your 2020 tax return,  It is important that you do not accidentally include any 2021 tax forms when you are preparing your 2020 return.
