A 2021 tax return can be e-filed using TurboTax at any time on or before October 17, 2022.  After that date the 2021 tax return can only be printed and mailed using one of the TurboTax desktop editions.

Or....are you asking about your 2020 tax return that you should have filed in 2021?   If that is what you mean, you cannot e-file a 2020 tax return.    If you are trying to file a 2020 tax return, you have to print, sign and mail it.

If in fact you are really trying to e-file a 2021 return, you do have until October 17, 2022 to e-file it.   So....why are you saying that TurboTax will not let you e-file?   Are you getting an error message?  Is it rejecting?
