I have been trying to file my 2018 and 2019 taxes. They are getting rejected. I dont understand why nor what to do.

I am assuming you are filing the 2018 for the first time. If that is the case, you must download the 2018 software it will not work using 2019 version for 2018.

For the 2019--Most likely it is getting rejected due to errors on your return.

If you are filing 2018, you will need to use the 2018 version of the software.

Once you enter your data there in 2018 software version....

Go through your return again on turbo tax in the step by step area. At the end, do a check for errors. If you have errors, you must correct them.

You CANNOT put any of your 2018 tax data into the Online software now...at this point in time, the  Online software is only for 2019 taxes..nothing else.

IF you need to file 2018 taxes, you must buy/download/install the desktop software on a full MAC or Windows computer.  ANd 2018 tax returns cannot be e-filed at this late date.  2018 must be mail-filed by you at the post office.
