Did the Polish employer pay social security and Medicare payments? You cannot make the entry as a W2 if they did not report the information on a W2 to the IRS and SSA.

@diana-ternovaja2015 You can enter the income as Miscellaneous Income:
Under Less Common Income select Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
You may be able to get a foreign tax credit for the taxes you paid to Poland- look in the Deductions & Credits section.
