I had obamacare and part time job jan through oct then got full time job with employer health last two months of year. Will obamacare count all 12 months towards subsidy?

My new job is a huge pay increase and I'm afraid that obamacare will count ALL 12 months of income and make me repay subsidy, even though that additional wage was not earned while on obamacare.

Yes ... the healthcare credit takes into consideration your total annual income and yes you probably will owe some of the advance credit back.
