I down loaded Turbo Tax and when I try to open it I gt a blank screen that says 'Activation' and nothin happens. I DO NOT have a MAC or APPLE computer. That is all I saw mentioned on your support page. I need help fixing this problem so I can file my taxes for last year, 2020.
