The 2018 tax year ended Oct 15, 2019 and the 2019 year will not start until sometime in December so try back then.
I don't think that answers the question..... the requester did not use TT for 2018, but did for 2017 - how do they obtain those 2017 records?
@ldj2177 IF...if you used TTX Online for 2017, and you are in the correct account , then try the workaround a user posted in the final comment in the following (no guarantees ).

Otherwise, as already noted, you may have to wait until the 2019 software comes online, and then the normal upgrade procedure for PLUS should become active again:

@NCperson - Unless the "workaround" posted by SteamTrain works (I cannot verify that it does) then "Plus" is an upgrade. In order to upgrade to "plus" one must first be logged into TurboTax online for a tax year. Currently the 2018 tax year online has ended and 2018 is no longer available and the 2019 tax year online has not yet been started so presently there is no way to "upgrade" since there is no tax program to upgrade from.
