I can't get through my federal review because I can't correct 3 "errors." I've tried five times. What should I do to be able to file my return?

I don't understand the "errors" regarding household employment taxes (schedule H).

Mike9241:  Great thanks.  On Sch. H, A is checked "yes" (in blue), B is checked "no" (in red). I then go to line C "No. STOP.  don't fine this schedule"  (in red) because while I exceeded the annual payments I never paid over $1,000 in any quarter, I'm told that I don't have to file Sch. H.  But then I'm sent to line 14, where I'm asked to state a sum I paid into the DC unemployment fund even though I'm told I don't have to file this schedule.  Even when I put in that sum, I'm told that I have two errors remaining and am still denied the option to file.  What's the solution? jbanner1

I was able somehow to short-circuit the blockage and to free myself from not being able to proceed.
