Hopefully their tech support team will see your post, lol.  I spent a good two hours on the phone with them on two different calls, only for them to say... just wait.  I just tried your advice and tada!  Filed.  Thank you!  

For those that can't seem to find it I think right clicking on the box finally brought up the override option.  I'm using the desktop version of Turbotax.

All the info in here on "right clicking" line 9 (where there is a 0) on the 8582 and clicking "Inspect" worked for me to file. Just make sure you delete the 0 in the script as well AND field as well!

I have tried deleting the zero several time, and saved it, but when I press continue it still says the form needs to be fixed and the zero is back on line 9. Any other suggestions? I using a mac with tt online and Chrome browser.

issue has yet to be resolved,  : ( I file very simple I have one W2 and I own a home, I should not have an 8582 form involved with any of my tax information?? I am not sure where the 0 is because I never filled that form and I can not access it and I already paid to get my fed and state e-filed with TT

decouple the e-filing of both 1040 and Maryland and only e-file the 1040. look at the best responses to get the Maryland for e-filed.
