I have a four year old son and the site is telling he doesn't count. What needs to be done to recieve credit for him

Doesn't count for what?  As a dependent?  For Child Care Credit?  Go back to My Info and check your entries for him.  Maybe even delete him and re add him.  Check his birthday.  Did you enter his ssn?
