I bought a turbotax license code. How do I use it?

@warnow   Are you trying to enter the License Code into the Online version?  You can’t.  You need to download and install the Desktop program.

Are you saying that you can't find the installation file that you downloaded, so you can't launch the installation?

The default download location is typically your Downloads folder, unless you specified something else.  So if it's not in that folder, then search your computer for the file, which is probably named like one of these:

Windows_PC_TurboTax_Download.exe
or
Mac_TurboTax_Download.dmg

Or, if that's not it, are you saying the program has been installed, but you don't have a desktop icon to launch the program, and that you are looking for the folder with the program's executable file to launch the interface to work on a return?    If so, are you using Windows or Mac?

The license code is for the desktop versions, which is needed when you install it. There is no license for using online
