I agreed to purchase the will builder. Was not given access to it

I decided to buy the wheel builder upon checkout after doing my taxes. I was never given access to it or an email or a link so I called customer service who said I could request a refund. TurboTax rejected my request for a refund. Am I just screwed?

All that did was explain what it is, which is why I bought it in the first place. I need the access key I was supposed to be given up upon purchasing it. I was not given anything to access the account. Not a link. Not the access code it requires to login. Nothing. It’s like buying a house but not being given an address or key. I need access or a refund. But somehow both companies neither want to give me access or a refund.
