How to install turbotax 2020 on MacBook air 2015?

The operation system: MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6. I don't see option to update software further.

What is the solution to using turbo tax on os 10.13.6.  I switch to H&R to Tax slayer software.  I have no update to 10.13.6.  I've used this for 10 years
